Good but can be better….

The cargo organizer came on time and was packed well enough to withstand rain for a few hours that it lay outside my front door. Assembly was relatively simple and the product has been quite useful in my car. It comes in extremely handy for Costco shopping when there are no bags – it allows me to stack items nicely in the trunk of my car.

The hinges to keep the different plates in place could be better – they are a bit flimsy. Given this, the price is slightly higher than what I would pay if I had seen the product physically before purchasing. However, it is much better than a $15 organizer with netting that I had used earlier.

Overall, I am reasonably satisfied.

High price, Low versatility

I purchased the Highland 19800 Space Master to organize the trunk of my 2003 Toyota Corolla that I drive 120 miles to and from work each day. I carry a lot of extra stuff with me for emergencies such as a battery charger, antifreeze, tool kit, first aid kit, etc. Previously these things would slide around my trunk, fall over and sometimes spill. I needed something to keep everything in place. While the Highland Space Master serves the purpose, and fits well in the trunk, it’s not very versatile for the price. It is separated into three equal compartments with slide-in plastic dividers. The size of these compartments can not be changed. For $59.00 ($75 with shipping) it would be nice if they would have added a few extra dividers and some extra slots to slide them in. This would allow for smaller articles, such as tire sealant, a quart of oil, etc., to stand up without having to be held in place by larger items.

Very good product — got it for my dad for Christmas. He has a big Buick with lots of trunk space, so the organizer isn’t as large as he’d like. However, it collapses easily and properly functions to keep things from sliding around. I believe there are included adhesive velcro strips in case you want a stronger anchor.

Very nice product.

Just received this item yesterday. I had it installed in about two minutes and love the results. It fits perfectly and all you have to do is apply it to the underside of the hood with 3M tape (Supplied). It is made of very strong plastic and is smoked black, so it looks awesome on my black Jeep Wrangler. Looks very sharp.

California Pop top works in real climates.

I have had this top on my 2008 Honda Civic for almost a year. And its been an incredible year for weather conditions even in Minnesota-Wisconsin. The car is outside most of the time, so the cover is used a lot. Its protected the car from hail, wind blown debris, torrential rain and intensive snow. Nothing has failed although the mechanism that ties it down in the rear could use improvement. Special care is required to affix everything in windy conditions. Could it be improved – perhaps but it is a sturdy and versatile cover that is easy to install and remove.

Skicarrier

This product was perfect for my application, I did not have cross bars on my 2003 Mercades ML350 roof rack. The 5401 Snowcat did not require them, it saved me $300.00 from my Dealer. I have never installed anything like this before and it only took 15 minutes.

Great solution for small car with side rails only

I am very happy with this rack. I got it for my daughter’s Chevy Tracker. She drives to ski practice every day and had been putting her skis inside the back and letting them stretch across the seats up to the front. Not good and really, really bad on a snowy day when the skis are covered in snow and wet. The roof of her car is quite small and has side rails. This was one of the few racks advertised to attach to side rails. I have had bad experiences with racks advertised as “universal” before so I was nervous. This rack is working beautifully on her car now. I (non-engineer, hater of reading directions) spent some time staring blankly at the picture only instructions on this, before handing over the controls to my (engineer, doesn’t like reading directions much either, but will if pressed) husband. He had it on in about a half an hour, and said the instructions were fine for him. Bottom line: great solution for a car with side rails.

Good snowboard rack solution

I bought this for a 2008 Ford Escape with regular side rails. Assembling the parts before attaching it to the SUV was pretty simple. The instructions were detailed enough and there weren’t that many parts to make it confusing. Attaching it to the SUV, on the other hand, was not as pleasant. The allen key provided can only turn 1/4 to 1/3 a revolution at a time, making the process slow and painful, especially when done with your bare hands outside in the middle of the winter.

I was a little wary when attaching it to my SUV. It didn’t seem like the clamps would hold firmly, but after tightening each side enough, they stayed in place. I probably over-tightened them, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

I put it to use for the first time carrying four snowboards from Boston, MA to Bretton Woods, NH, and it did its job. I did notice not all the snowboard bindings could fold down far enough to prevent from touching the roof when face down. Despite this, I couldn’t hear anything from the roof when driving on the highway and there weren’t any scratches afterwards.

For the price, I’d recommend this as long as you only intend to carry skis or snowboards.

The price was amazing. Much cheaper than our local auto part store. I was worried that the product would be inferior, but it was great! It came well packaged so everything was in one piece. It arrived on time and due to the tracking service I never had to call and see where the product was. This was not something I wanted to buy, but I had no choice. However, this company made the whole transaction easy and I was very happy with the headlight assembly.

Great replacement

I ordered this 48″ blade as a replacement for the blade on my OE Yamaha plow originaly manufactured by WARN. Warn no longer makes these replacement pcs since they’ve moved to their “pro-vantage” plow system. But they sold the designs to a company called QUAD BOSS….and they’re a perfect replacement unit, however they’re not made by WARN, the unit I recieved was from QUAD BOSS.

When plowing, you sometimes hit stuff despite being careful. The release/locking handle that allows the blade angle to be changed takes the brunt of it and stops locking.

the quality and construction appear to be very good. It does not fit the actual shape of the bed of my Titan, but appears narrower at the back than the front. Measurements of the bed show that it is consistent.

Nice look and quick install.

I’ve had this tonneau cover for about two weeks now. It was shipped fully assembled and ready to install. Just took it out of the box, placed on the bed rails, and flipped down the clamps. Quick and simple, it only took but 3 minutes. It’s been through a few thunderstorms and no water got past it. Not to mention, it’s added nearly 2 mpg to my gas mileage. It’s a bit pricey, but then it might pay for itself over the course year in fuel savings.
